Who is responsible?

Enquiries and bookings

When you contact me, I use the contact details and information you choose to share to respond and, if you wish, arrange coaching. This includes your name, phone number, availability and training preferences. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and fulfilling that contract when you book. You do not need to provide information simply to browse this website.

Class registration and membership

When online registration is active, Good Fight records the student’s name and age, parent or guardian contact details, emergency contact, and the signed participation agreement. The agreement record includes the text and version accepted, the signer’s name, and the acceptance time. These details are used to arrange and provide the training and keep a record of the agreement. Please tell your emergency contact that their details have been provided.

Stripe processes card details and recurring payments under its own privacy terms. Good Fight receives payment and subscription references and status, rather than your full card details. The parent or member email receives class information and private student guide links. Names, contact details, emergency information, and agreement contents are not sent to advertising or analytics services. Photo permission and marketing permission are separate from class registration.

How long information is kept

If an enquiry does not become a booking, I delete the chat when the enquiry ends. Information needed for an ongoing booking is kept while it is needed to provide the service. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting or legal obligations are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Deleting my copy of a chat does not delete copies held by you or by the messaging provider.

Children’s information

Parents or guardians should contact me to arrange children’s training. Please share only information needed to discuss the lesson. Avoid sending sensitive medical details in an initial enquiry; we can discuss what is needed before training.

The website and external services

The photographs, fonts and Instagram previews are served from this website. Instagram content does not load automatically. Clicking an Instagram preview, WhatsApp contact link or the external shop takes you to that provider’s service, where its own privacy terms apply. WhatsApp processes communications under its own terms. Website hosting also involves technical processing, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site. This notice covers Good Fight’s handling of enquiries, class registration, and website use; it does not replace the providers’ notices.

Cookies and your choices

Optional tracking stays off until you accept it. Scrolling only shows the notice; it is not consent. Choose Analytics, Advertising, both, or neither. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie choices” at the bottom of any marketing page. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.

Google Analytics measures visits and contact actions after analytics consent. Meta Pixel measures visits, contact actions and successfully submitted enquiries after advertising consent, helping us understand ad performance. These providers receive device and browser information, IP addresses, page information and cookie identifiers. Google Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account to measure advertising performance. Only after both analytics and advertising consent, Google may use ad-click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid), advertising cookies and enquiry-success events to attribute enquiries to ads. Analytics consent alone does not enable this advertising attribution. Analytics audience import and remarketing are off. We do not enable Google Signals, automatic advanced matching, automatic form tracking or server-side Meta tracking. Names, contact details, children’s ages, training concerns and form answers are not included in the events we send.

Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* are configured for up to 180 days. Google advertising cookies may include _gcl_*. Meta cookies _fbp and, when applicable, _fbc last up to 90 days. Our gf_cookie_choice local-storage record remembers your selection for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent removes these optional first-party cookies and reloads the page to stop their scripts. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional tracking off.

Separate first-party aggregate counts record page views and contact actions without persistent visitor identifiers or enquiry details. Hosting uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not an advertising cookie. The student login uses an essential authentication cookie. Analytics and advertising providers

Optional analytics and advertising processing relies on your consent. Google and Meta may process information outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their policies. See how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s privacy policy, Meta’s privacy policy and Meta’s cookie policy. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking; it does not undo processing that already took place. Contact Justin to request deletion of information where applicable.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where applicable. You can object where processing relies on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact Justin through the WhatsApp number above. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Service emails

Registration, student-guide access, class information and enquiry notifications are sent through Resend. This involves the recipient email address, the message content and delivery information; welcome emails also include the signed training agreement. These are service messages, separate from optional marketing. Replies go to Justin. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Provider information

See the WhatsApp privacy policy for its processing, international transfers and safeguards. External services may process information outside the European Economic Area. The website is published through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. Training enquiries and adult class updates

Private lesson and workshop enquiries ask for your name, chosen reply method, contact details, group size for a workshop, and an optional note. These are used to respond and agree on the training. Please don’t include sensitive personal or medical details in the note.

Adult class notification requests use your email and optional name to let you know when those classes are available. This request is separate from general marketing emails. You can ask Justin to remove your request using the contact details above.

When the forms are active, enquiry records are stored privately and an alert is sent to Justin. Form contents are not sent to advertising or analytics services. Records are kept while needed to respond and arrange training. These enquiries do not take payment or confirm a booking.

Pilot, your website guide

Pilot is an optional AI-assisted guide for exploring Good Fight training. You can use the website and contact Justin directly without opening it. The guided choices work in your browser. When you submit a written question, your message, recent conversation and selected training preferences are sent through our server to OpenAI to prepare an answer. Pilot uses approved public training information; it does not access student or owner records.

Please avoid sharing personal, medical, payment or account details in the chat. Chat messages are not sent to advertising or analytics services. You can edit a short summary before carrying it to an enquiry form or a WhatsApp draft. A summary carried to a form stays in this tab for up to 30 minutes and is removed when filled into the form. It is sent to Justin only when you submit the enquiry or send the WhatsApp message yourself. The chat does not confirm a booking or take payment. See OpenAI’s privacy information.
