Enquiries and bookings
When you contact me, I use the contact details and information you choose to share to respond and, if you wish, arrange coaching. This includes your name, phone number, availability and training preferences. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and fulfilling that contract when you book. You do not need to provide information simply to browse this website.
How long information is kept
If an enquiry does not become a booking, I delete the chat when the enquiry ends. Information needed for an ongoing booking is kept while it is needed to provide the service. Records that must be retained for tax, accounting or legal obligations are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Deleting my copy of a chat does not delete copies held by you or by the messaging provider.
Children’s information
Parents or guardians should contact me to arrange children’s training. Please share only information needed to discuss the lesson. Avoid sending sensitive medical details in an initial enquiry; we can discuss what is needed before training.
The website and external services
The photographs, fonts and Instagram previews are served from this website. Instagram content does not load automatically. Clicking an Instagram preview, WhatsApp contact link or the external shop takes you to that provider’s service, where its own privacy terms apply. WhatsApp processes communications under its own terms. Website hosting also involves technical processing, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site. This notice covers Good Fight’s handling of enquiries and website use; it does not replace the providers’ notices.
Cookies and browser storage
The website’s own code does not set cookies, store visitor preferences or run advertising or analytics trackers. Its Instagram cards are static linked previews. The hosting service uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie to detect automated traffic and protect the website. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is not used for advertising. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where applicable. You can object where processing relies on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact Justin through the WhatsApp number above. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Provider information
See the WhatsApp privacy policy for its processing, international transfers and safeguards. External services may process information outside the European Economic Area. The website is published through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security.
